As the state’s largest health maintenance organization, Blue Care Network is ready to help our customers and members get the best care possible with comprehensive health care coverage.
In 2023, Blue Care Network continued to evolve to meet the needs of a changing health care system while addressing the diverse needs of our members and customers. Through continuous innovation and a commitment to delivering lifelong, high-quality health care, Blue Care Network achieved a 4.5-Star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. These high ratings and quality health plans are why our members can have confidence when they choose Blue Cross and Blue Care Network.
While much has changed in health insurance over the years, what hasn’t changed are the ways Blue Care Network contributes to our enterprise-wide efforts to raise health care standards in Michigan and beyond. As I retire at the end of 2024 after nearly 20 years as president and CEO, I'm excited to see a new era of health care excellence emerge and our legacy of commitment to members continue for many more years to come.
