Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Recognized by J.D. Power for Highest Member Satisfaction Among Commercial Health Plans in Michigan

DETROIT, May 14, 2020 – Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan has received the J.D. Power Award for highest member satisfaction among commercial health plans in Michigan for the second time in three years. The J.D. Power Award is given to the Michigan health plan that ranks first overall in the J.D. Power 2020 Commercial Member Health Plan study. Blue Cross achieved first place on the overall index score for 2020, increasing five points from 2019. “Our members are the foundation and focus of our business and we greatly value the insights they provide on their experience with Blue Cross,” said Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan President and CEO, Daniel J.
