Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Again Ranked No. 1 in Customer Satisfaction among Medicare Advantage Plans in Michigan for 2026 by JD Power

DETROIT, Aug. 18, 2026 — Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan was recognized today by JD Power as No. 1 in customer satisfaction among Medicare Advantage (MA) plans in Michigan for the second consecutive year.
The JD Power Award is given to the MA plan that ranks first overall in its region in the JD Power 2026 U.S. Medicare Advantage StudySM. The annual study benchmarks MA member experiences with MA health insurance plans. This annual syndicated study examines the full experience of MA health plan members and is designed to provide MA health plans with information that can add focus and clarity to the factors contributing to the MA member experience.
Earlier this year, BCBSM’s commercial member health plan earned the No. 1 ranking in customer satisfaction from JD Power for the fourth time in five years, placing first in all eight measurement categories.

The JD Power annual study is comprised of eight study categories. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Medicare Advantage ranked the highest in all eight categories, including:
