Members Are Loving Blue Cross® Virtual Well-Being Webinar Series

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network members are buzzing about Blue Cross® Virtual Well-Being live, weekly webinars that offer well-being and healthy lifestyle tips. “I am truly grateful for having the webinars get me through these days of COVID. They really have been helpful, and I’m thankful for you providing me the tools to watch them,” commented one member in a post-webinar survey. “I love the webinars! They have kept me well-informed, and I feel way better after watching them. Thank you for providing them to us to watch,” commented another. The program launched in January 2019 and provides members with a convenient way to prioritize their personal well-being while supporting employers in creating a culture of well-being in the workplace. “I look forward to reading the comments following each session where members tell us how these webinars have impacted their lives,” said Cindy Bjorkquist, director, Well-Being Programs. “We’ve hosted 139 webinars since the program launched, with more than 19,000 registrations.” The program is open to all Blue Cross and BCN health plan members. So be sure to invite covered family members and friends to join an upcoming webinar. In addition to live weekly webinars, meditation sessions go live every Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. Also, members can watch on-demand webinars, guided yoga and meditation sessions and Well-Being coach videos anytime, all at bluecrossvirtualwellbeing.com.
